I have always had an interest in patterns and have always admired floral patterns because I haven't had much experience with creating them. It wasn't until I took part in a live brief set by the fashion company Joules -whose brand is heavily centered around pattern- that I finally got around to trying to creating my own. I love how the artists create the shape of the flower's petals with only one stroke of a brush. Below is an example of one of the patterns from Joules.
