During workshop week I attended a lecture and workshop by Fantastic Media. In the presentation they told us of their life inside the company and working in the team. The company prides itself on giving exciting placements every year and they came to offer students a chance to get one. The guys talking to us told the group about their experiences and were keen to offer their emails and use them as a contact to give advice and to help with placements.
In the workshop we were tasked with re-branding the popular fruitypot towards teenagers. We had to think on packaging and also about costs for producing the product packaging further towards the end.
After talking with the speakers and listening to the talk of the company I definitely would like to see what it is like to work in a design agency where you would potentially have more design freedom than with a certain branded store.
