Designers Republic - Ian Anderson

Last week, I attended a lecture led by Ian Anderson who founded Designers Republic with Nick Phillips. The lecture was very entertaining and interesting to listen to. He talked about some of the projects he's worked on including one in which he went to Switzerland to take a photograph of a cow being milked which included the story of  how the crew got the cow up the mountain in a cable car.

He didn't go in depth about how he made the work and all his company creates seems to focus on more digital outcomes. At the beginning he explained how he started became a Graphic Designer even though he didn't intend to, he started creating record covers for bands.
