I wanted a break from my current brief and at the time I had a few typography and pattern books out from the library. The books were really good at helping me create new type shapes, one company had an E in their logo which formed whisps and flames creating a really nice shape so I wanted to recreate it in a few quick sketches experimenting with effects in Adobe Illustrator.
